PARIS & LISIEAUX

DAY 1: ORIGIN CITY / PARIS

Arrival in Paris and transfer to the hotel. Accommodation.

DAY 2: PARIS

Breakfast. In the morning, we will start our visit in the Montmartre district, where we can have a unique perspective of Paris, passing by the Basilica of the Sacred Heart and the beautiful neighborhood that hosts painters and artists, the Luxembourg Gardens, crossing this lovely park with its Palace and lake, to reach the heart of the Latin Quarter. We will continue through the Opera area, Place de la Concorde, Place Vendome, Opera Garnier, and Lafayette Department Store. Free time for shopping. In the afternoon, we will resume our stroll to continue with the exterior visits of Notre Dame and the Louvre Museum (without entrance), until we reach the Tuileries. Transfer to the hotel and accommodation.

DAY 3: PARIS

Breakfast. In the morning, we will start by visiting the Sanctuary of the Miraculous Medal and we will have time to explore the neighborhood with all its points of interest: Saint Sulpice, Saint Germain des Pres, the Tomb of Saint Vincent de Paul, etc. In the afternoon, we will continue our visit, passing by Les Invalides and the Champ de Mars, where we will have time to take photos of the Eiffel Tower from a new angle. Free time and return to the hotel on your own. Accommodation.

DAY 4: PARIS / LISIEUX / PARIS

Breakfast. Early departure to the Normandy region where Lisieux is located, an important Pilgrimage Center and one of the most charming places in northern France. Visit the city that was brought to the world’s attention in 1898 through the autobiography “Story of a Soul,” about the short life of Saint Therese of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face, a young Carmelite who died at the age of twenty-four and whose body remains incorruptible to this day. Saint Therese of Lisieux was canonized in 1925 and her tomb is located in the chapel of the Lisieux Carmel. Our pilgrimage begins at the impressive Basilica of Saint Therese, we will visit the Carmel (entrance included), her childhood home, and other points of tourist and religious interest. Return to Paris.

DAY 5: PARIS / ORIGIN CITY

Breakfast. Free day to explore Paris at your own pace. Transfer to the airport.
